Would you like to cancel your appointment?
Cancellation policy
You can cancel your appointment at the clinic by sending an email to info@rejuvena.ca or by calling us at 450-510-3737. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
In order to confirm your reservation, a deposit of $75 is required at the time of booking your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service on the day of the appointment.
For any cancellation or modification, we invite you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance – in which case your deposit will either be applied to your next appointment or refunded. Please note that if your appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or in case of no-show, the deposit becomes a non-refundable booking fee. We thank you for your trust, understanding and cooperation.
