Our highest priorities are your health, and the health of our staff. We have established safety protocols to maintain the highest security standards at our clinic. We respectfully ask for your patience and understanding, and firmly require your full co-operation in complying with all safety protocols.
Please see below for what to expect at your appointment.
When you call for an appointment, and again in the days prior to your appointment, you will be asked to answer the following short medical questionnaire.
1. Do you currently have any of the following symptoms:
2. Have you travelled outside of the province within the past two weeks?
3. Have you come in contact with anyone that has had any of the above symptoms in the last two weeks?
4. Have you come in contact with anyone suspected of having COVID-19 in the last 2 weeks?
5. Have you come in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 2 weeks?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions, for your safety, the safety of other patients and the safety of our team, we will reschedule your appointment to allow for at least a four-week delay, at which time we will repeat the screening process.
When you arrive at the clinic, please wait in your car and call or text the clinic to advise us that you have arrived. When we are ready to receive you, we will contact you and greet you at the door. Please note that the entrance door will be locked between appointments.
Please come into the clinic alone. Do not bring family members or children.
Please bring a mask if you have one.
Keep your personal belongings (glasses, cellular phone, etc.) in your purse or bag.
Avoid makeup if you are coming for medical aesthetics treatments.
When you arrive, we will ask you to disinfect your hands with antibacterial gel.
Using a touch-free thermometer, a member of our team will take your temperature.
Our staff wears protective equipment, consisting of a mask, visor and gloves. Before each day, Dr Hould and her assistants will also complete a screening questionnaire for COVID-19.
The appointments are spaced out to ensure we have enough time between patients to disinfect the clinic.
Patients with any chronic medical condition that puts their health at risk might be asked to delay their appointment. Such cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by Dre Hould.
To minimize the handling of documents during your appointment, please find below the post-treatment advice and instructions. They provide the guidance to ensure you have the best results.
We look forward to seeing you again soon.
