VENUS VIVA RESURFACING

Skin Resurfacing with Venus Viva

The Venus Viva is a device that can effectively treat many signs of skin aging using fractional radio frequency technology.

This mildly ablative treatment combines heat and radio frequency to stimulate an inflammatory reaction that causes the activation of natural skin repair mechanisms, including the formation of collagen and elastin by fibroblasts.

What conditions are treated with Venus Viva?

Several conditions related to skin aging or skin damage can be treated and improved with Venus Viva. In addition to reducing visible fine lines and wrinkles, fractional radio frequency reduce skin laxity and improve texture, tighten pores, reduce scars and stretch marks, and even out the complexion.

Regions treated

Though often used in treatment of the face, eye contouring, the neck and décolleté, Venus Viva is also an excellent treatment to reduce the appearance of stretch marks and scars on the body.

Consultation and treatment

During the initial consultation you will meet one of our professionals who will first assess whether the Venus Viva is the appropriate solution to meet your needs. The technology will then be explained to you in detail and a treatment plan including the ideal number of sessions will be recommended.

Although treatment may cause discomfort, it is not painful. To ensure maximum comfort, a topical anesthetic will be applied to your skin about 30 minutes prior to treatment. The treatment is usually done in 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the area to be treated.

Results

Since fractional radio frequency stimulates the collagen restructuring process, the results will not be visible immediately after treatment. The maximum effect should be observed about 3 months after your final treatment.

Fractional radio frequency is an effective treatment that makes skin look smoother, firmer, less wrinkled and younger-looking.
